Held in Winchcombe these weekly 1 hour sessions, held on a Friday, provide you with an integrated innovative approach to training. We cover strength, mobility, flexibility and running drills and no week is the same! The small classes allow us to address your fitness issues in a safe and effective way. You will get individual attention and suitable guidance for your level and for your goals. You can drop in to the class for £15 or save by booking a series of 10 sessions.


Come individually or with a training partner to see how you run and how you could become more efficient

Many people who come to us having been injured and just want to get back to running. Video analysis shows us where the imbalances are and we can show you what to do about them. The £60 session involves a 1hr face to face analysis where we will show you exercises and running drills to help you with the imbalances in your running style. We also follow up with a detailed email and video clips, if necessary, to remind you of what to do. Sessions are based at Runology in Winchcombe, Glos.


Unfortunately we can’t say goodbye to our normal lives and train full time.  We need to be smarter with our training, getting the best out of any session.  We also don’t want injury to stop us training.

If you want to train for a race, let us analyse you and write an individualised programme that takes into account what we saw in the analysis and what time you realistically have to commit to training.

For £99 you have a video analysis and a 12/16 week plan to get you to the start line ready to smash that goal!

I attended a number of her strength and conditioning classes as preparation for 2016 Manchester marathon as I wanted to train smarter and focus less on plodding out the miles to the exclusion of other types of training as I have always done in the past.

    The classes were small enough to permit plenty of individual attention and I was always clear on the reasoning behind each element of the class.

    I felt much stronger and far less fatigued than normal during the latter stages of the marathon and also in the days after the marathon. Normally I suffer from bad DOMS but I was able to move freely and without soreness in the days following the race and, for the first time ever, run just a few days after the marathon. Normally I have to take at least two weeks off for my legs to recover!

    I cannot recommend Jules’ holistic approach and results highly enough!
